COMPASSION

Compassion Coffee is a non-profit specialty coffee company with a mission to provide employment, skills-training, and resources for people affected by homelessness. We strive to create a judgement-free environment by showing compassion to those in need.

Our coffeehouse is located at 530 West Main Street #8, Anoka, MN 55303. We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 7am-5pm and Saturday from 8:30am-3pm.

Our vision is to empower people affected by homelessness.

OUR DREAM

Since 2018, we've been dreaming of opening a coffeehouse to create a welcoming space to provide employment, skills-training, and resources for people affected by homelessness. We started with a coffee cart in 2022, and are excited to share that the coffeehouse opened in October 2024! This is the first of what we hope to be many locations!

We have a partnership with Krown Bakery next door as they’ve created a special menu for us, and we’re the first location that sells Mr. Chipper's Cookies! The coffeehouse is more than just a place to grab a drink; it’s a mission fueled by compassion and community. Compassion Coffee was started by Compassion Church. The church has a heart to show compassion to those in need and meets at the coffeehouse on Sunday mornings.
